PRINCIPAL

For nearly 20 years, Todd has focused his career on developing leaders and teams through innovative learning and development programs. His early career focused on supporting and educating new supervisors to combat turnover and increase engagement. He worked alongside key leaders from across various organizations to design and implement programs aligned with the company’s mission, vision and values. Todd and his team introduced competency models, company-wide performance management processes, succession planning, engagement surveys, high-potential leadership development programs and career pathing models. Since then he has built and delivered these learning and development strategies for multiple organizations impacting thousands of employees.

Todd then decided to use this knowledge to forge his own consultancy — STROJO. His consultancy has partnered with Degreed to implement their revolutionary learning technology with clients of various sizes, industries and cultures General Mills, TiVo and TransUnion.
