  • Degreed implementation at a Fortune 200 consumer foods company. By defining strategy, design, marketing and communications strategy STROJO launched a successful learning and development program for 5,000 leaders globally. A meticulously configured system aligned with business goals resulted in over 80 percent monthly active users. Degreed was also used for improving onboarding for new leaders which resulted in higher leadership acumen and lower turnover.

  • Led the Degreed implementation for entertainment technology firm. By partnering with senior leaders and aligning the program with company initiatives STROJO was able to launch the platform to 2,000 employees globally with more than 60 percent monthly active users. Employees reported ease of accessing learning content through Degreed saved them time ( = $$) by not having to search multiple systems for information they needed.

  • Supported implementation of Degreed for global financial information technology organization. Coached project lead on best practices, system configurations, integrations, change management, etc. Piloted platform for over 200 employees across 7 countries and achieved 70 percent monthly active users. Learners created communities and shared information and new collaborative forums to discuss best practices, innovative solutions, etc.

  • Currently leading the Degreed implementation for the Dallas, Texas chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD). STROJO identified a cross-functional project team of volunteers and partnered with content providers, corporations and key stakeholders providing access to chapter information and millions of learning resources for 500+ members.
